Return & Exchange Policy We do not offer returns or exchanges for our products. Please ensure you check the size guide and product details before placing an order. However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged product, we are happy to provide a free exchange.
In Case of Damaged/Wrong/Incomplete Orders:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- A proper unboxing video is required for any claims.
- Ensure the video shows the entire package (all sides, top, bottom) and the unboxing process without cuts or pauses.
- Once verified, we will arrange a free exchange and dispatch the replacement within 3 to 5 business days after the return is picked up.
Unboxing Rules for Claims:
- Capture the entire unboxing process in a single video.
- No pauses or cuts are allowed in the video.
- Show clear evidence of any damage or incorrect items.
- Submit the video within 48 hours of delivery.
Fraudulent Behavior: Recloth reserves the right to cancel any orders suspected of fraud or inappropriate behavior, including unethical transactions or abusive behavior, without issuing a refund.
Process of Requesting an Exchange for a Damaged Product:
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Exchange Centre".
- Enter your Order ID and email.
- Select the order and provide details of the issue.
- Upload a minimum of 3 images of the product (front, back, and tag), along with the unboxing video.
- Once approved, a pickup will be arranged.
- A replacement product will be dispatched free of charge after pickup.
